Texas Pete® Chipotle, Brown Sugar & Sorghum Glaze
Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Texas Pete® Chipotle Hot Sauce
  • 2 c brown sugar
  • 3/4 c sorghum
  • 2 Tbsp. Grand Marnier
  • 1/4 c orange juice
  • 1/4 c thyme, dried
  • 2 Tbsp. black pepper, fresh ground

Preparation:

  1. Combine all ingredients – whisk together thoroughly.
  2. Utilize as marinade, basting sauce, glaze & finishing sauce.
