DEEP-FAT FRY - 375°F 10-12 minutes or until crispy. OVEN BAKE - Spread wings in single layer on sheet pan. 450 °F for 35 minutes or until done. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter/margarine in a sauce pan, add 3 tablespoons of Texas Pete® Hot Sauce - stir well. To coat, place cooked wings and blended sauce in large covered bowl. Shake gently. To serve, use tongs/slotted spoon to place wings on plate. Serve with Celery sticks and Blue Cheese Dressing. |
