Texas Pete® Original
Hot Sauce
Sesame oil
Hoisin sauce
Ginger, minced
Soy sauce
Rice vinegar
1 ½ tsp.
/ 0.25 oz.
1 ½ tsp. / 0.25 oz.
½ cup / 8 oz.
1 ½ tsp. / 0.25 oz.
1 ½ tsp. / 0.25 oz.
4 ½ tsp. / 0.75 oz.
Place all ingredients
in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
Chicken wings Texas Pete® Original Hot Sauce
2 ¼ lb.
3 T. / 1.5 oz.
Bake or fry wings. If baking,
cook at 375°F for 25 minutes. Pour Texas Pete® into
a bowl. Add cooked wings to the bowl and toss with
sauce to fully coat. Using tongs, dip wings into
Sesame Hoisin Sauce and place on baking pan. Place
under broiler or salamander for a few minutes to
set sauce. Place on serving tray.
