CAROLINA PULLED PORK
Texas Pete® Carolina Pulled Pork

Pulled Pork Sauce:
White vinegar
Apple cider vinegar
Sugar
Texas Pete® Original Hot Sauce
Salt
Black pepper

¼ tsp. / 2 oz.
¼ tsp. / 2 oz.
1 T. / 0.4 oz.
1 T. / 0.4 oz.
½ tsp. / 0.1 oz.
½ tsp. / 0.1 oz.
Mix together sauce ingredients in saucepan. Heat until sugar is dissolved.
Pork roast
Sandwich rolls
2 lb.
6 each / 12 oz.
Place pork in baking pan. Cover with foil and cook at 300°F for 6 hours.
Place onto a cutting board and shred. Place into a bowl and add the
sauce. Mix. Serve on rolls.
 
Yield: 24 oz.
