Sauce: Texas Pete® Original Hot
Sauce
Orange Marmalade
Horseradish
Prepared Orange Juice
Cajun Seasoning
1 tsp.
/ 0.16 oz.
½ cup / 4 oz.
1½ tsp. / 0.25 oz.
4 ½ tsp. / 0.75 oz.
1 ½ tsp. / 0.1 oz.
Place all ingredients
in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
Chicken wings Texas Pete® Original Hot Sauce
1 ½ lb.
2 T. / 1 oz.
Bake or fry wings. If baking,
cook at 375°F for 25 minutes. Pour Texas
Pete into a bowl. Add cooked wings to the bowl and
toss with sauce to
fully coat. Using tongs, dip wings into Cajun Marmalade
Sauce and place
on baking pan. Place under broiler or salamander
for a few minutes to set
sauce. Place on serving tray.
