Balsamic Honey Sauce:
Balsamic vinegar
Cornstarch
Honey
Salt
Black pepper
Texas Pete® Hotter Hot Sauce |
½ cup / 4 oz.
½ tsp. / 0.06 oz.
1 ½ tsp. / 0.75 oz.
½ tsp. / 0.1 oz.
¼ tsp. / 0.02 oz.
1 ½ tsp. / 0.25 oz. |
Place balsamic vinegar and cornstarch in a bowl and whisk
until dissolved. Pour into a skillet. Add honey, salt and
pepper. Whisk and heat until slightly thickened. Remove
from heat. Add Texas Pete®. Mix |
Chicken wings

To serve, use tongs/slotted spoon to place wings on plate. Serve with Celery sticks and Blue Cheese Dressing.

DEEP-FAT FRY - 375°F 10-12 minutes or until crispy. OVEN BAKE - Spread wings in single layer on sheet pan. 450 °F for 35 minutes or until done. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter/margarine in a sauce pan, add 3 tablespoons of Texas Pete® Hot Sauce - stir well. To coat, place cooked wings and blended sauce in large covered bowl. Shake gently.
