and all sites of the affiliates of the TW Garner Food Company
("Garners") which are linked to this Site (collectively,

expressly accept and agree to abide by all terms and conditions
contained in this Legal Statement. Do not use any Sites
if you do not accept and agree to these terms and conditions.

Pete" or "TW Garner" shall include the TW
Garner Food Company and all of its affiliates.

personal review and for certain of the Sites purchase of

TW Garner Food Company owns all of the Sites. TW Garner

software and other content of the Sites (the "Content"),
and all HTML, CGI and other code and scripts in any format
used to implement the Sites (the "Code"). The
